GonoGo was developed by Craig Anderson, who has had a long career in the aviation industry, holding engineering, flying and management roles.

Craig understands the practical aspects of safety, and is passionate about making changes for the better in a no nonsense, simplistic manner, without the bureaucracy and expense that so often go with the “safety industry” these days.

GonoGo is very simple to use, yet has powerful features that can assist you to find safety solutions for your requirements. It is currently being used in aviation operations and engineering industries, the education sector, and various other organisations.


GonoGo approached our design agency with several issues that were impacting their online presence. The website was not indexed on search engines, making it difficult for potential customers to find it. Additionally, the website was not mobile-responsive, leading to a poor user experience for customers accessing the site on their smartphones. The site was also a single-page design, with a low-contrast vertical navigation bar and a lack of visual hierarchy, making it difficult for users to understand the messaging and navigate the site.

The Solution

Our design team was brought in to address these challenges and improve the user experience for GonoGo. To achieve this, we implemented the following solutions:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): To improve search engine visibility, we optimized the website for search engines, ensuring that it would be properly indexed and easily discoverable by potential customers.
  • Responsive Website Design: To address the lack of mobile responsiveness, we redesigned the website to be fully mobile-responsive, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for customers accessing the site on any device.
  • Improved Navigation & Visual Hierarchy: To make the site easier to navigate, we reorganized the content and created a clear visual hierarchy, using a combination of typography, color, and spacing to guide the user’s eye and direct their attention to the most important elements on the page.
  • Refined Messaging: To ensure that the messaging was clear and concise, we worked closely with the GonoGo team to define their key differentiators and create a compelling message that would resonate with their target audience. We then integrated this messaging into the website design, ensuring that it was prominently displayed and easily understood by users.
  • Fast Loading Speed: To ensure fast loading speeds, we optimized the website’s images, code, and content, reducing the file sizes and increasing the overall speed of the site. We also implemented caching and other performance optimization techniques to further improve the website’s loading times.
