WebDuel was approached by Ricky, one of the franchisees, with a proposition to enhance the existing website user interface and simplify the purchasing process for customers.
The website for Liquor Center was found to have multiple UI issues, such as a shop page that was ineffective at displaying products, single product pages that featured buttons that did not align with the brand, and a home page that did not effectively highlight the most popular products.
Fixing UI issues on a website required a careful analysis of the problems and a strategic approach to implementing solutions. Here are steps we took to address the issues:
- Shop page: Our team redesigned the shop page to make it more visually appealing and user-friendly. Ensuring that product images are high-quality and well-lit, with clear descriptions and prices. We implemented filters and sorting options to help customers find what they’re looking for quickly and easily.
- Single product pages: We evaluated the design of the buttons on the single product pages and adjusted them to better align with the overall brand style.
- Home page: Our team reorganised the home page to prominently feature on sale products and best sellers products. Used eye-catching video in the hero section.
- Wishlist: To help with decision making and personalisation, we added Wishlist functionality to the website.
